Position Overview
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and skilled in providing a smooth and positive experience for both patients and the clinical team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating treatment, supporting patient communication, and ensuring front-desk operations run seamlessly.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and create a welcoming environment
Manage appointments, schedules, and patient flow
Present treatment plans clearly and professionally
Process payments, insurance claims, and estimates
Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
Maintain accurate and organized patient records
Support daily administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation

Qualifications:
Experience as a Dental Administrator or Treatment Coordinator preferred
Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and scheduling systems
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Reliability and professionalism are essential
