Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dental Administrator / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth clinic operations, exceptional patient service, and effective communication of treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, manage appointments, and maintain a welcoming front desk environment

Present and explain treatment plans, procedures, and payment options to patients

Handle dental insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and follow-ups

Manage scheduling, patient records, and daily clinic workflow

Support the clinical team with administrative tasks to optimize patient care

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with office policies

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Administrator or Treatment Coordinator in a dental clinic

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing

Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Tracker, Cleardent, Abeldent)

Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
