Dental Administrator / Treatment Coordinator – Full-Time (Vaughan, ON)

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and appointment coordination
Handle billing, insurance submissions, and payments accurately
Present treatment plans and coordinate follow-up appointments
Support the dental team with administrative needs to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications
1+ year of experience as a Dental Administrator or Treatment Coordinator (preferred)
Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Tracker, or similar)
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
A friendly, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented and comfortable in a busy clinical setting
