A well-established dental clinic in Bancroft, Ontario is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and support continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who excels in team management, organization, and operational efficiency within a clinical setting.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff coordination
• Lead and support administrative and clinical teams
• Manage scheduling, billing, and financial performance
• Drive patient experience, case acceptance, and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in dental practice management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial acumen and operational oversight experience
• Ability to foster a positive, productive team culture
